Andre Davis (Chadwick Boseman) is a New York cop who is accused of researching the murdering of a few cops. During the time search of those dependable, in which every one of the scaffolds that entrance him are shut without precedent for the historical backdrop of Manhattan, the investigator finds an intrigue wherein he should observe between the individuals who chase and suspects who attempt to chase.
