Mouse (Jahi Di’Allo Winston), 14, urgently needs to join the Midnight Gang, a scandalous gathering of Baltimore motorcyclists who make the law in the city. Stro, his more established sibling, was their best motorcyclist before his grievous demise, a passing that burns-through Mouse as much as his enthusiasm for bikes. Mouse’s mom (Teyonah Parris) and his guide, Detective Rivers (William Catlett), endeavor to help the appealling young person arrive at his maximum capacity, yet when Blax (Meek Mill), the head of the Midnight Gang , encourages the kid, the longing to quicken his own bike takes Mouse on another way, a long way from the one previously settled for him.
