Two outsiders, Joanne (Sonja Smits) and Chris (Jonas Bonnetta) share a colder time of year trip through rustic Eastern Ontario. In the wake of losing her better half, John (Colin Mochrie), Joanne faces the ceremonies of distant rustic life alone, while Chris measures her helpless visual perception and the deficiency of her mom and the new obligation of assuming control over her old home in the country. As their excursion unfurls together, their floating recollections uncover equal encounters, helping every one of them change the focal point of their objective.
