Kalan Varkey is a wild ox butcher, on which the entire town depends for crisp meat. A typical custom of butchering wild oxen is a bundle for Kalan Varkey, when creatures escape and assault the town. The fingers are contacted, the police are called and the entire town is sucked in to get the meandering creature. Before long the Mob mindset prevails. The whole town is controlled by rivals Kuttachan and Anthony (who have old scores to settle) and take the issue in their own hands.
