FBI source William O’Neal penetrates the Illinois Black Panther Party with the undertaking of following the appealling pioneer Fred Hampton. A lifelong cheat, O’Neal is having some good times in the peril of controlling the two his confidants and his representative, Special Agent Roy Mitchell.
