Judy starts in the winter of 1968, when showbiz legend Judy Garland lands in London for a five-week visit, with the ticket office shut, at Talk of the Town. It has been a long time since the entertainer turned into a star with The Wizard of Oz, however despite the fact that her voice has debilitated, her sensational potential has expanded.
