In a digital style city dispersed by homicide and debasement, a head prosecutor is murdered uncontrollably and tossed out of a working in his new vehicle. Bafflingly, both the investigator and his vehicle come back to the city and look for retribution. Them two take part in an undertaking that makes them search for hoodlums in charge of executing them.
