Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem is the new chapter of the popular story created in the mid-80s by Americans Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird, whose first appearance took place in 1984 in the magazine Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #1, by Mirage Comics. The new adventure follows the teenage versions of Leonardo (Nicolas Cantu), Raphael (Brady Noon), Michelangelo (Shamon Brown Jr.) and Donatello (Micah Abbey), four turtles who, after being exposed to a radioactive substance, end up transforming into anthropomorphic animals – with human characteristics and emotions -, created by Master Splinter (Jackei Chan), a mouse who was a victim of the same mutation and, thus, took care of the turtles not only as a father, but as a mentor and martial arts teacher. With training, the group assumes the role of watchmen and protectors of New York City, having to fight against the most varied threats from the Foot Clan, commanded by the villain and arch-enemy of the heroes, Shredder.
