Sem Ar follows a claustrophobic experience in a day in the life of two sisters, who decide to go scuba diving – a common practice for both – in a remote place. However, one of them gets stuck on a rock and, unable to move, becomes totally dependent. The young woman will have to fight for her life while dealing with a dangerously low level of oxygen and low temperature.
