Wonka is a musical comedy based on the classic book Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, by British author Roald Dahl. The film shows the origins of the story of young Willy Wonka (played by Timothée Chalamet), who appeared in theaters for the first time in the 1971 production and later won a remake starring Johnny Depp in 2005. So Wonka decided to leave his parents’ home forever at a young age, embarking on what would be the most fantastic adventure of his life. In it, the young man ended up meeting his faithful and iconic assistants, the Oompa Loompas (played by Hugh Grant), who helped him go against all odds to become the greatest chocolatier ever seen.
